JetBlue has been dreaming up ways to make staffing at airports more efficient while also helping passengers along the way - enter Crewbot.
The robotic kiosk, created by VGo in collaboration with the Verizon Innovation Program, aims to fulfill a number of elements for the airline including improved customer experience and assisting customers with any incidents.

The robot motors along using Verizon’s 4G LTE and is being trialled at terminal 5 at JFK Airport
According to JetBlue's blog:

"It’s really about utilizing technology to enable better connections between our customers and crewmembers, regardless of where they are. Think of it as high tech meets high touch."
It's not the first time an airport has trialled this sort of technology with Dubai International announcing a project with Tensator two years ago.
