European travel group eDreams Odigeo has reached €500 million in annual revenue for the first time in its history, crediting growth in mobile as a significant factor.
The company posted 5% growth in revenue for its annual results ending March 2018, hitting €508.6 million. It had previously also posted a 5% increase between 2017 and 2016.
Adjusted EBITDA increased by 10% year-over-year to €118.3 million, down from the 12% climb during the previous reporting period.

The group, which houses the core eDreams brand, Opodo, Liligo, GoVoyages and other traveler-facing brands, has been implementing a shift in strategy to not be so reliant on air ticket sales.
This has included a focus on dynamic packaging-based trips and ancillary services, the company says.
Still, revenue from flights still accounts for €405.5 million in revenue across the group.
eDreams Odigeo, which was rumored to be considering a sale earlier this year, also took a strategic decision to focus heavily on its mobile provision - a move that has seen a total of 35% of total bookings coming via smartphones.
CEO Dana Dunne says: "Looking ahead, our unique scale and diversification strategy will allow us to take full advantage of an attractive macro environment, where more customers are heading online to find the best and most convenient travel options."
