Capital One is boosting the inventory of lodging options in its Capital One Travel portal with the addition of vacation rental properties from AvantStay, Boutiq and other property management companies.
The company said the properties are currently available
across more than 30 markets in the United States and soon additional inventory
will be added in the U.S. and in international destinations as it adds
more partners including KEY.co and Inspirato. In August, Capital One Ventures invested $25 million in Inspirato.

The rentals will be listed alongside hotels that are part of Capital One Travel's Premier and Lifestyle collections, which it describes as its "premium hospitality" offerings.
Hopper Technology Solutions, Hopper's B2B division formerly known as Hopper Cloud, powers Capital One Travel.
HTS used to provide inventory from Expedia Group, including Vrbo's vacation rentals, until Expedia Group abruptly pulled its inventory from Hopper last summer.
Founded in 2017, Los Angeles-based AvantStay received a $500 million investment from private equity firm Saluda Grade in February 2022.
