The idea of door-to-door travel in the corporate world gets a step further today as Cabforce opens up to travel management companies and corporates via a deal with Amadeus.
The pre-paid taxi and transfer startup brings its inventory to Amadeus e-Travel Management and Amadeus Selling Platform Connect with the UK and Finnish markets to kick off first.
Bookers and travellers are given a rate at the time of booking which includes all charges, mileage and tip as well as providing an electronic receipt.

There's likely to be a lot of discussion this week on door-to-door travel with the Business Travel Show being held in London this week and the unveiling of initiatives such as the KDS Neo booking application which was launched last week.
The Cabforce-Amadeus tie-up is not the only news on that front with Concur also planning to reveal a ground transportation partnership during the two-day show.
Launched last September (TLabs here), the startup has also announced an online taxi booking service for travellers on First Great Western trains.
Cabforce also plans to extend beyond Europe with New York just announced and further business destination across the US, Asia and Australia in the pipeline.
