How and when will you make money?

We will generate revenue through commission-based partnerships with wellness retreat providers.

What are the backgrounds and previous achievements of the founding team?

Our founding team is comprised of two co-founders, Parakkat Babu and Akheel Ahamed. Babu brings years of experience in the travel industry and extensive knowledge of travel services. Ahamed has worked in a travel company focusing on partnerships and operations and is also currently involved in a direct-to-consumer tea brand. Together, we bring a diverse skill set along with specific travel industry experience to drive CalmGetaways' success.

Building trust and demonstrating the value of our platform to potential partners has been an ongoing process, as we strive to create a curated and quality selection of wellness getaways that cater to diverse wellness needs and interests.

A year from now, what state do you think your startup will be in?

What is your endgame?

We envision a future where wellness travel is a reality for all, and we aim to be at the forefront of making this happen. We are open to various possibilities for the future of our company, including an IPO or acquisition by a major travel company. However, our primary focus will always be on growing and staying private to maintain our commitment to creating a lasting impact for our customers and partners.
