With the benefit of hindsight, I would have issued clearer guidance to owners and guests from the get-go.

What do you miss most about travel?
A sense of exploration. Oh, and food!
What have been the surprise benefits to not traveling?
Healthy living. Stable routines for working out and seeing lots more of the family.

A more flexible approach to where the work is done.
What has been your one guilty pleasure during lockdown?
Verrry painful to admit, but here it goes – watching 90 Day Fiancee with my daughter.
