CHATBOTS: Booking.com has rolled out its Booking Assistant to all of its consumer channels. The customer service tool will interact with travelers on the accommodation brand's mobile app, website and on Facebook.
REVIEWS: TripAdvisor is partnering with ReviewPush to integrate the travel giant's restaurant reviews into its business feedback platform. ReviewPush works with 18,000 businesses around the world to assist with online reputation management... More here.
TRIP MANAGEMENT: Hipmunk has integrated sister brand TripIt's account so that members can see their calendar of trips and events alongside their trip search. The functionality is only available on the iOS version of the Hipmunk app.
PRODUCT: GoBe is to bring its tailored tours and activities to the Umapped audience through a partnership on the itinerary and travel experience platform. Some 8,000 products from 97 countries will be made available on Umapped, with plans to double the inventory during 2018.
DISTRIBUTION: Sabre and Fareportal have renewed a long-term agreement to give the online travel agency group access to air, hotel, car rental and cruise operator content... More here.
