At a time when TripAdvisor faces new scrutiny over the integrity of its hotel review system, the company is conducting a series of hotel events in the U.S. and Europe, with agenda items including maintaining a positive online reputation and how to respond to user reviews.
Of course, the main point of these master class events, which target property owners and marketers, will be to sell TripAdvisor Business Listings, which drive traffic to hotel websites.
Events are scheduled in London Nov. 2, Manchester Nov. 4, New York City Nov. 12, Edinburgh Nov. 25 and Las Vegas Dec. 8.
