Top ten by number of comments:Quote and comment of the year:1. When describing the failure of trip planning startup TripSwarm, one of the co-founders wrote:

" I discovered the market was already saturated, well past the point of no return, almost to the point of a pyramid scheme of waterfalling API's... and there was nothing we could do that wasn't already being done better by somebody else."
2. Not seeing the joke at all in our spoof email to staff by Apple CEO Steve Jobs, Imagine Travel wrote:

"Is this letter a prank or is it really from the CEO of Apple? And did he really write all those negative comments? While reading it I’m a little shocked that he would refer to the travel industry as 'stupid', Google as 'arrogant', etc… Doesn’t seem like the way a CEO of a company should be presenting himself."
NB: Editor's note - earlier this year, we were in the highly unusual position of having a large number of Tnooz staff and Nodes together for the first time.
Here is a picture, taken in November 2010 during the PhoCusWright Conference in Phoenix, Arizona, of our crew on the ground (left to right: Sarah Kennedy Ellis, Martin Collings, Valyn Perini, Timothy O'Neil-Dunne, Jim Craven, Dennis Schaal, Glenn Gruber, Martin Schobert, Kevin May, Fred Lalonde, Stephen Joyce, Gene Quinn).
Huge thanks to them all and the rest of the Nodes dotted around the world for a thoroughly wonderful 2010.
Right, what's next? :)
