- Ebookers adds cruise services to its Ireland website. The channel features 12 cruise lines and over 115 ships and comes about after the signing of an agreement between Ebookers and cruise specialist Viva Voyage.
- Startup FindMyBeach [TLabs Showcase - FindMyBeach] has inked a deal with HostelWorld to include budget accommodation on the site. The partnership will allow visitors to FindMyBeach to search and book from 5,000 budget accommodation choices in over 7,000 destinations worldwide.
- Hitwise data shows a modest increase in traffic to Bing and Yahoo search engines. The pair now capture around 30% of all US searches, an increase of 5% on the previous month, with Google losing 3% share to 64%. Full story.
- ViaMichelin and LateRooms unite in accommodation booking deal. The French travel portal will include 44,000 properties from UK-based LateRooms, bringing its total to over 110,000.
