- Major upgrades to the Multicom Fabrix system have reached number seven, the latest coming in just three weeks after the sixth in mid-April. The new version of the search, booking and distribution framework is designed with international customers in mind, as Multicom looks to expand aggressively outside of its UK heartland.
- Middle East airlines partnering with SITA in droves, with Oman Air the fifth carrier in the region to sign up for the aviation tech supplier's Airfare Insight tool. The new system analyzes fares and manages the workflow across multiple departments – revenue management, sales, and outsourced pricing distribution.
