Terry Jones was founder of Travelocity and is currently chairman of Kayak. Both companies have made their mark but have developed as businesses in vastly different ways.
The pair nowadays have largely the same number of web visitors but one requires 3,000 members of staff and the other just 220 or so.
Their models are obviously different (Travelocity requires a large customer service department due to its status as an online travel agency), yet technically the pair have grown along two separate paths.
