Everyone (or at least it feels like it) wants to be the next Mark Zuckerberg or Jack Dorsey of Facebook and Twitter fame respectively.
But while the chances of grabbing a quick ride into the digital stratosphere are slim, hundreds (probably thousands) of new companies each year want to have a go.
So what are the hot areas ripe for disruption, or at least with the room for new entrants to try and make their mark?
Top of list are social network-based gaming products, followed by virtual data rooms.
What about travel-related areas? It appears at least some parts of the industry are not expected to be particularly ready for more new entrants in the years to come.
