• Turkish Airways taps Sprinklr for social CMS. It's the first big airline for Sprinklr, whose other clients include IHG, Intel, and Cisco Systems.

Thursday 13 June 2013:

• Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group gets some Umpf for social media on Park Inn By Radisson brand. The UK-based agency will be running social media activity, community management and "social stunts" for the brand across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Thursday 6 June 2013:

• Elba Hotels releases customer service application for Facebook. The Spain-based hotel chain says Spanish and English-language customers will be able to use the service to send questions to the brand about their bookings or other queries, with a guaranteed response time within 60 minutes.
