MapQuest continues to tweak its product offering, now offering up Priceline fares in their mapping product.
The Priceline Partner Network will power the newly launched feature to book travel directly on site. Customers will be able to book hotels, flights and rental cars within their search results.
The Priceline Partner Network delivers the following to MapQuest travelers:
- The ability to search, compare and book published-price hotel rooms at thousands of chain and independent hotels around the world, including features such as instant discounts, free breakfast, free Internet access, etc.
- Access to thousands of rental cars worldwide, including company discount codes.
- Airline ticketng with almost all major airlines with seat mapping, the ability to book different classes and airline frequent flier numbers.
AOL-owned MapQuest has been developing its brand in recent months, with the launch of
Discover and the recent integration of Boulder-based
Everlater into the
Travel Blogs product.
