Goals for 2020
"2020 is definitely when the rubber meets the road for Magpie Travel. Version one of the product is complete, we have over 50 Operators loaded, 500+ products, and a healthy backlog of operators waiting to jump onboard.
"What's been surprising over the last month or two is the demand from the other side of the market: resellers who don't have a content management system of their own, and have significant challenges managing the vast amounts of content coming in from operators.
"Seeing that demand from resellers is great news for us: if we can win them over to Magpie as their "preferred onboarding option" then they'll be doing the selling for us, which is an ideal outcome.
"With that in mind we'll be working to sign Resellers and develop specific mapping to support their own internal file formats. All in all, 2020 is shaping up as a year in which we'll capture a very significant slice of the market."
