Skyscanner provides flight search to Gogobot
- In a new partnership, the global travel search engine has begun powering flight search for the social reviews and planning app, via Skyscanner's white label product. Skyscanner says it now powers more than 1,000 partners through its API and white label.

TrustYou has IDEAS
- Hotels connected to the IDEAS revenue management system will be able to tap into customer feedback services provided by TrustYou. The reputation management tools from TrustYou will be integrated into the IDEAS platform so that hoteliers can benchmark review performance against commercial activities and occupancy rates.
Trisept gives agents natural language
- IBM Watson will power a new service from Trisept Solutions that sits within the its existing Xcelerator agency desktop platform. Agents can use the Discover service to type natural language queries for researching across suppliers, destination and other trip information, rather than traditional cryptic commands.
Monday 19 September 2016:TrustYou reviews Relovate
- The trip planning service will use the TrustYou meta-reviews platform for integration of verified reviews of hotel properties. The reviews will be included alongside Relovate's Pre-Book Consider option where users can preview multiple products before securing a reservation.
Monday 12 September 2016:FamilyBreakFinder flies with Skyscanner
- The family-friendly trip booking site has integrated Skyscanner's white label search tool. The new flights channel on the site includes the same search and filter tools as well as specific deals from the metasearch engine's flight partners.
Titan gets reviews with
Reevoo- The escorted tour operator has partnered with Reevoo to run its user generated content reviewing platform. Reviews include those in text form as well as photos and "Best Moment"-type messages.
HotelTonight deals with
Capital One- Capital One Venture cardholders will be able to secure discounted hotels on the late-availability booking app until January next year. The promo will also see the Venture customers get mile points that be used on any airline.
Tuesday 6 September 2016:Hipmunk joins Skype bot wave
- The air and hotel metasearch brand can be installed as a virtual assistant on the Skype instant messaging platform, similar to the recently launched Skyscanner bot. Users can search for and get results for travel options, as well as add the bot to group discussions.
Friday 2 September 2016:TripFlock gets social with hotels
- The hospitality technology provider has launched a new social media management service for hotels, allowing properties to coordinate and monitor their social content. Features include editing tools, multi-media content services, one-click sharing, Facebook and Twitter integration, and reporting tools.
Creative Connection targets agents
- The Mark Travel Corporation-run service gives travel agencies the ability to access tools so they can create and personalise their own marketing materials. The platform includes images, logos, destination content, flyers, guides and social media materials.
