Flight Centre takes stake in corp travel tech and agency 3MundiNews / DistributionBy Kevin May | May 18, 2017Share This article was originally published on 3Mundi has sold a 25% stake to Flight Centre - in another strategic investment for the Australia-based travel group.Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.The deal follows a licensing deal between 3Mundi and Flight Centre's corporate travel arm FCM in 2015.The company was created in 2006 as a combination travel technology and agency business.It has since grown, primarily in France and Switzerland, to count PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a major customer.Flight Centre Travel Group recently took a minority stake in Bibam, a travel search brand in Argentina.The business also bought some of the corporate travel assets of eDreams Odigeo (Travellink) in 2016.
