No offence to Celebrity Cruises, but if a cruise trip was going to almost $250 million-a-night presumably passengers would want more than, well, a cabin on the Celebrity Constellation.
In fact, the going rate would surely have to include a few real celebrities thrown in for good measure - you know, Brad Pitt making the beds each morning, Tom Cruise delivering a few glasses of champagne before a Oscar winner-hosted banquet every evening and a combination of Meryl Streep and Al Pacino skippering the ship between exclusive luxury islands during the day.
Or something like that...
Back in the real world, visitors to the US version of Expedia were probably rather taken aback earlier this week when the cruise line - or at least how Expedia was portraying its trips - indeed started coming in at rather eye-watering prices.
Of course, such rates are completely inaccurate and the quirk in the feed was fixed quickly.
