Emirates has created a series of 29 videos which the airline hopes people will share and use to connect with each other.
The 'Share A Smile' campaign features short clips of cabin crew explaining quirky expressions from around the world such as Russian saying 'don't make an elephant out of a fly'.
The campaign is the latest phase of the airline's Hello Tomorrow brand initiative launched in April 2012 with the aim of inspiring travel and making connections across cultures.
The Share a Smile also aims to highlight the multi-lingual skills of the Emirates' cabin crew.
