Ebookers is stepping up its marketing activity around Europe with a new TV ad campaign hitting the UK and expected across the continent shortly.
The ad campaign - under the banner "Book Easier, Travel Happier" - is already running in Switzerland and is due to air in the UK from this evening.
Ebookers is throwing considerable resources behind the campaign, spending £850,000 on the creative and media buying in the UK alone.
The campaign was created by Watermill and will run on UK terrestrial channels in prime time.
Ebookers is not the only agency and travle brand to try the UK TV advertising route in recent weeks, with Lastminute.com back on TV screens again after a lengthy absence as the debut of Kayak's first TV ad outside of the UK.
