More progress for Belgian B2B trip planning web service YourTour as it signs a deal to provide an unusual travel system for one of California's most prestigious exhibitions.
YourTour is powering a white label trip planning tool for Zero1, a technology and arts symposium which takes place in San Jose every two years.
The white label system on the Zero1 site was designed so that visitors can plan trips around the local area during the event, taking in individual shows and displays.
Similar to the existing YourTour services for National-Citer car rental firm, users select the dates they are in the area and whether they would choose a linear or circular route.
The system then proposes a route with the events and accommodation ideas thrown in.
The 01SJ event runs in mid-September and presents nearly 50 new art commissions, exhibitions, public art, street celebrations, music, film, performance and parallel exhibition programs throughout Silicon Valley and San Francisco area during the 4-day event.
Securing a deal to power such an event is quite a coup for YourTour, especially under the noses of a plethora of trip planning websites based in California's supposed tech hub.
Meanwhile, YourTour has added the California details to its B2C service alongside new content for Spain and Florida, US.
