Amadeus first half 2011 results - top-line digest

Amadeus released its first half 2011 results this morning. A quick overview is as follows:

• Net revenue  - Euro 1,389 million (up 3.9% from Euro 1,336.9 million y/y).
• Adjusted profit - Euro 263.7 million (up 12.2% from Euro 235.1 million y/y).
• EBITDA - Euro 572.1 million (up 6% from Euro 539.5 million y/y).

• Net revenue - Euro 1,079.6 million (up 4.1% from Euro 1,037 million y/y).

• Net revenue - Euro 309.4 million (up 3.2% from Euro 299.9 million y/y).

• Air - 210 million (up 4.5% from 201 million y/y).
• Non-air - 32 million (up 2.8% from 31.1 million y/y).

• 203.9 million (up 32.5% from 153.9 million y/y).

"This has been a positive and active first half of  the year. At an operational level, both our  Distribution and IT Solutions businesses continued  to grow and in particular had significant successes in the Asia-Pacific region, adding further visibility to our future growth."
