Voyager Travel Corporation, Melbourne-based corporate travel management company, has been bought by fellow UK-based TMC, ATPI.
Terms of this deal were not disclosed and Voyager's mid office technology, an integrated online booking tool known as iVoyager, will remain with its former owner, Krongold.
APTI says the acquisition will help strengthen its presence in the Asia-Pacific market, in addition to its offices in 60 countries worldwide.
Founded in 1973, Voyager has an operating history of more than 40 years and has 115 employees across offices in the Australian cities of Melbourne, Sydney and Perth.
ATPI says Richard Savva, managing director of Voyager, will continue in his role.
The Krongold Group of Companies, headed by chairman Lionel Krongold, bought Voyager in 1990.
In December 2013, Corporate Travel Management, an Australia-based travel technology provider, acquired 75.1% (for $44.8 million) of Westminster Travel, a Hong Kong-based corporate travel solutions provider.
