Strategic goals for 2026
After more than two years focused on product development and deep validation with real users in Colombia and Brazil, we are closing 2025 with a solidified product theory and a clear expansion strategy across LATAM.
Our goal is to grow 10X over the next 24 months, and to achieve it we’ve already begun building a product-led growth engine designed to rapidly scale our presence in the region’s key markets.
Product remains at the core of our strategy: we plan to implement more advanced AI-powered features and integrations with local systems that will strengthen the capabilities of our digital employee and create a sustainable competitive advantage in the region.
Lessons learned since founding
One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned is that deep, ongoing conversations with customers are what truly bring the right product to life. After more than 12 years in hospitality tech, my hypotheses may be increasingly aligned with real market needs—but it’s always the users who provide the most precise and actionable insights. That’s why I now dedicate more time than ever to speaking directly with them.
I’ve also come to understand that a team’s tacit knowledge—the kind that isn’t always documented but comes from lived experience—can be the key to unlocking complex challenges. The fast pace of a startup often leaves little room for strategic internal dialogue. I’ve learned that creating space to listen, reflect and go deeper with the team has become one of the best returns on time I’ve experienced as a founder.
