RouteHappy has secured just over $3 million in a new round of funding led by iNovia Capital.
Other participants included new investors PAR Capital Ventures, Buddy Media-founder Mike Lazerow, Seth Brody, David Sandberg and Porter Gale.
Previous backers High Peaks Venture Partners, Contour Venture Partners and Vocap Investment Partners also returned in the latest round.
The company says it will use the latest injection to speed up development and marketing of its RouteHappy Hub product, a platform which allows airlines to organise their ancillary inventory for wider distribution via an API to third parties such as intermediaries.
PAR principal Paul Reeder says:

"As airlines continue down the path of unbundling, they increasingly will rely on tools to help merchandise their product offerings in order to best serve their customers and to maximize their return on investment."
The company's other core B2B product, RouteHappy Scores and Happiness Factors, was recently integrated into flight searches on Expedia, allowing users to check factors associated with a flight such as access to wifi, entertainment, seat type and other non-core services.
