Airline reservations-system provider Navitaire renewed its agreement with Hungary-based low cost carrier Wizz Air.
The contract for distribution, reservations and departure control services is geared to support the growth of Wizz Air, which plans to introduce 100 new aircraft over the next seven years, Navitaire says.
Wizz Air plans to transition from Navitaire's older Open Skies platform to the company's successor New Skies reservation and distribution platform, which now counts 32 airline customers.
The latest carriers to migrate to New Skies were AirAsia and AirAsia X in mid-July.
Minneapolis-based Navitaire is a unit of Accenture.
