Just two and a half years after selling up to BCD Holdings-owned leisure group Travix, hotel booking site EasyToBook has another owner - MakeMyTrip.
The deal sees India-based (but US-listed) online travel agency MakeMyTrip acquire the entire equity interest in EasyToBook, an investment it says is pegged at "approximately" $5 million.
Travix bought the ETB brand in August 2011, joining the likes of Vayama and Cheaptickets in the BCD Holdings-run leisure portfolio division.
Terms of the sale at the time were not disclosed, but EasyToBook was said to have a turnover of around Euro 100 million a year and was expecting to double the figure in 2012.
The sale to Travix marked the end of seven years as an independent company since its formation in 2004. In the 12 months leading up to the sale to Travix, ETB said it had sold over one million room nights.
By 2012 the company claimed to have around 120,000 properties on its portfolio.
In a statement, MakeMyTrip says:

"The acquisition of ETB is expected to further strengthen the existing travel technology stack of MakeMyTrip.com and to enhance the international hotel room offerings for customers travelling overseas, particularly to Europe which is a key tourist destination for Indians, and vice versa."
EasyToBook is based in the Netherlands and has its development team in Israel.
BCD Holdings has not issued any statement regarding the sale.
