Luxury hotel chain Radisson Edwardian is switching digital agencies as it looks to boost its search performance and social media output.
The UK-focused chain, part of the wider Radisson empire, has agreed a partnership with London-based agency, I-Spy Digital, to handle search work and implement a social strategy.
Losing out is incumbent Greenlight Search after a pitch which also includes STEEL, Site Visibility, BigMouthMedia and Latitude.
Central to the social element of the brief will be a coordinated method of showcasing the chain's string of top hotels around in the UK through video and images, in the usual social areas of YouTube, Flickr and Facebook.
