Get Organised:
Great websites are organised.
Before you create anything, sit down and draw a map, showing all the ways a user could possibly enter your website and how from there they will get into your sales funnel.
When looking at the design/usability side of the site, make the most important items the easiest thing to find and on every page.
And don’t forget a search box on every page.
Unfortunately, no matter how organised you are, some people won’t understand it.
But they’ll use the search – so don’t alienate those customers, as they might be buyers.
