AccorHotels latest acquisition is VeryChic, an online platform for deals on hotels, apartments, cruises and other leisure breaks.
According to a statement, VeryChic enables more than 3,000 luxury hotel partners to distribute via its platform.
The company, which was founded in 2011, has membership of five million and repeat custom of almost 50%, the statement says.
It's a further interesting move from AccorHotels, which has been making stealthy acquisitions in the holiday rental space in recent years - Onefinestay a year ago and significant stakes in Oasis Collection and Squarebreak in February 2016.
The deal gives AccorHotels a platform for private sales which feeds nicely into its strategy to offer its customers more than just a hotel stay once or twice a year.
At the group's recent earnings call, chief executive Sebastien Bazin talked of its diversification strategy and offering more.
The acquisition will also allow VeryChic to expand more quickly.
