If you are keeping track, Yapta, the airfare and hotel price-tracking service, raised nearly $3.5 million in a funding round.
The company disclosed the funding infusion of some $3,472,060 in a Security and Exchange Commission filing.
The total offering is for $6.4 million, with some $2.9 million remaining to be sold.
A Yapta spokesman says the funding comes from a syndicate of current and new investors.
Yapta declined to disclose how the proceeds will be used.
With the new funding, Yapta has raised some $11.2 million.
Previous investors have included Bay Partners, First Round Capital, Swiftsure Capital, W Media Ventures and individuals.
