- Scandinavian Airlines is encouraging customer feedback and suggestions via its newly created My SAS Idea portal. The airline believes it is the first to create a standalone forum to facilitate ongoing engagement with customers. The portal will also enable users to vote on the ideas.

The service merges ratings and scores on travel websites with guest feedback and reviews to provide hotels with customer perceptions of properties and brand.
