Do you want a Fergie Women's Bravo Peep Toe Bootie for $44.99 or how about three nights at the Le Vitral Baires hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina, for $136 per person?
Now that Overstock.com has launched a Vacations tab on its homepage, you can purchase either -- or both.
The vacations program, in beta, features a limited number of discounted hotel stays in the U.S., Europe and Latin America and is powered by Rovia, a travel agency headquartered in Plano, Texas. For now, Overstock does not offer flights.
Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, Overstock.com did nearly $877 million in revenue in 2009, specializing in discounted retail offerings. In 2009, it sold 829,000 different kinds of retail products.
The Vacations tab sits alongside Shopping, Cars, Real Estate and Auctions tabs on the site.
To market its hotel program, Overstock also introduced OVacations on Facebook. Its Twitter account, however is inactive.
The news about Overstock's entry into travel was broken by AllThingsD.
