a subsidiary of Yanolja and a global provider of artificial intelligence-based Software as a Service solutions for the hospitality
and leisure sectors, has acquired Israel-based Go Global Travel. Terms of
the acquisition have not been disclosed.
2000, Go Global Travel is a B2B technology company that provides distribution of travel
products including hotel and resort rooms, airline tickets and car rentals. The
company works with more than 50,000 direct contracts and more than 10,000 sales
channels, primarily in North America and Europe.

member companies from around the world, all with a different history and
expertise,” said Kim Jong-yoon, co-CEO of Yanolja Cloud.
“We welcome Go Global Travel as our latest member company, which will help us
further fulfill our vision of leading the digital transformation of hospitality
and leisure properties everywhere. I look forward to seeing the future
innovation that will be born from this acquisition.”

Yanolja Cloud said the acquisition will help it develop new technologies
that drive personalization and automation, using data from its member companies.
Yanolja Cloud’s recent acquisitions include Innsoft in
April and Dable in December 2021 and
investments in InnKey
The combined inventory from
Yanolja Cloud and Go Global Travel will be made available through Yanolja’s B2C platform businesses,
Yanolja and Interpark. In addition, Yanolja Cloud’s Asian inventory will be
distributed through Go Global Travel’s channels.
And Yanolja Cloud said it
will also use Go Global Travel's 20 offices around the world as bases for its global

Yanolja created Yanolja Cloud as a subsidiary in 2019. In July 2021 SoftBank Vision Fund 2 invested $1.7
billion in Yanolja to help it scale.
