HOTELS: Software and data analytics company Revinate is partnering with Protel, which offers cloud-based property management systems for hotels. The integration of platforms will allow Protel’s clients access to Revinate’s marketing and survey products.
CRM: To improve the customer relationship management capabilities on its SynXis platform, Sabre is collaborating with CRM solutions provider Cendyn. The arrangement will offer SynXis customers fully integrated guest profile management, personalization, audience segmentation, multi-channel marketing automation and more.
ADVERTISING: Neustar and TripAdvisor-owned SmarterTravel are teaming up to help advertisers target specific customers based on where they are in the trip planning cycle. SmarterTravel audiences, composed exclusively of SmarterTraveler data, aggregate consumers that have performed travel searches to offer in-market intent signals at scale.
ACTIVITIES: Travefy, an itinerary management and client communications tool for travel agents, has added 600 new City Guides from ArrivalGuides to its Travefy Pro platform. Agents using the service can seamlessly add content to client trips in whole or curated by specific interests.
AIRLINES: Aeromexico has renewed its partnership with Sabre Corporation to enhance its digital offerings and drive revenue through ancillary channels. Aeromexico, Mexico’s flag carrier, and the technology provider have been partners since 2011.
