CORPORATE HUSTLE: Ex-Uber CEO Kravis Kalanick is planning to sell around 29% of its stake in the company, netting him $1.4 billion. SoftBank and other investors have agreed to front the purchase in a deal that will value the ride-hailing giant in the region of $48 billion.
