Rebound Travel is a refund management platform created to address issues that have surfaced during the pandemic.

Through Rebound, airlines give customers a choice between a cash refund and non-cash offers like vouchers, status miles or free flight segments. Rebound provides intelligence so airlines offer the optimal offer type, thus enabling them to retain cash.

Goals for 2021

Rebound is the first Cash Retention Platform in the Travel space. Our goal is to serve four new airlines each month and allow our partners to retain $ 100 million in cash that would have normally left the company.

Cash outflows for companies extend well beyond paying for refunds and Rebound will take advantage of this opportunity by expanding from airlines into hospitality and soon after into retail.
