Strategic goals for 2022
This year we were proud to be the number one ranked fastest-growing privately owned travel/hospitality brand in the U.S. by Inc. 5000, and we plan to continue our growth in both portfolio size and guests served into 2022 and beyond.
We will be expanding
our footprint by adding ten new markets, meaning we will soon be accommodating guests in 45 U.S. cities.
We will also be launching internal initiatives to maintain, if not grow, our +67 Net Promoter Score, which is higher than the hotel average
of +49 and industry leader Ritz Carlton (+66). This NPS is also unprecedented among short-term rental operators of our size.
2022 will see the expansion of Levr, our complete STR solution, and also a new chapter of Frontdesk history.

Lessons learned over the last year
The revenge travel rebound of this last year caused us to refine and rethink how we can best serve developers, operators, property managers and, of course, our guests.
This past year helped us to recognize the value of amazing teammates and incredible
company culture. We certainly would not have made it through the pandemic without the dedication and support of all Frontdeskians.
Taking this time with our team led us to launch a new vertical, with Levr, a SaaS solution built on our proprietary
tech stack, complete with a dedicated team under Levr Solutions.
Levr is the digital "Swiss Army knife" for any STR operator ready to scale in the way Frontdesk has done over the past four years.
